Propane for Forklifts
Have you heard about the Otte Oil & Propane Forklift Exchange Program? If you haven't, then it's about time you jumped onboard! Propane is the top fuel choice of fleet owners, mainly because of how much safer it is for operating forklifts and equipment as compared to using other fuels.
We created our forklift exchange program to make gas supply and delivery a piece of cake for our clients. It's a service we provide that is well-known across Southeast Nebraska for top safety standards and expertise that is trustworthy.
Some advantages of propane powered forklifts:
- Using propane will cut your refuel time in half compared to electric! Try 5 minutes of time to change out a cylinder when an electric forklift can take 8 hours to recharge.
- It’s cost effective. A 2005 study determined that it cost $1.41 per hour of forklift use, while electricity cost $1.48. Doesn’t seem like much, but take into consideration the many hours of operation and how it adds up.
- Automatic safety shut-off features that halt all forklift activity in seconds.
- Clean burning and non-toxic.
Contact us today and find out how propane can change your business for the better. Our representatives are standing by and will get you signed up in no time.
